Idioms: can't wait"

When you say you "can't wait" to do something, it means you are really excited to do it.

Verbs after "can't waiit" are infinitive ("to ____" -> "to go," "to see," "to try," etc.)

Nouns after "can't wait" are used with "for" ("for dinner," "for the party," etc.).

So, for example, if Jerry is excited about going to see a concert, he can say:

"I can't wait to go to the concert!"

...or...

"I can't wait for the concert!"

As for me, I can't wait to see Deadpool. What is something you can't wait for?
