TOP > ワードアップ英会話 WORD UP ENGLISH CLASS 日記 > Natural English Point: "a lot of"
It's usually more natural to use "a lot of", and not "many" or "much".
Examples:
"I have a lot of books." (NOT "I have many books.")
"I drank a lot of coffee." (NOT "I drank much coffee.")
Use "a lot of" instead of "many" or "much" to say the Japanese word "takusan", and your English will sound more natural!
