The idiom "there you go" basically has two meanings.
The first meaning is basically the same as "here you are" or "here you go" and is used when someone is passing something to someone else.
For example:
Mary: Could you hand me the remote control??
Jane: Sure! There you go. (said as she hands the remote to Mary.)
The second meaning is basically confirming that someone is correct, or has found the right answer or explanation to a question.
So, for example:
Tina: I called the restaurant to make reservations, but there wasn't an answer.
David: Well, maybe they're closed today.
Tina: Hmm, maybe so. I'll check online. ... Yeah, you're right, they're closed.
David: Well, there you go. (Here, "there you go" is similar to "Just like we suspected" or "that answers our question.")
