To say something is "a good deal" usually means either that the cost is cheap or reasonable, or that an agreement or trade is fair or beneficial.
Some examples:
"She got a good deal on her computer. It was only 65,000 yen." Here, the cost of the computer is cheap or reasonable compared to its value. The verb "get" is often used with "a good deal" when the topic is buying something.
...or:
A: "Could you drive me to the airport? How about if you do, I'll take you out for a nice sushi dinner and drinks after I get back?"
B: "Well, okay, I'm happy to help, and that sounds like a good deal. When do you need to go?"
