"-ish" is a suffix (word ending) that is used in casual, informal English to mean "around ___", "kind of ____" or "approximately ___". It is used fairly often when we want to say that "A" is close to, but not exactly, "B", and is probably most often used with times and colors.
Some examples:
"I got up at 9-ish." ( = "I got up at about 9.")
"The concert starts at 7-ish." ( = "The concert starts at around 7.")
"Her skirt is greenish blue." ( = "Her skirt is a kind of green and blue.")
