To "be into something" means you like it very much, often with the nuance of having a deep, long-term interest.
Examples:
"I'm really into Stanley Kubrick movies. I own them all on DVD."
"Oh, you like jazz? Are you into Miles Davis?"
To say you are "not (really) into" something means you don't enjoy it or you're not interested:
"I'm not really into R&B, but I love 70s soul music."
